Withdraw from the MMT 100

If you need to withdraw from the 2010 MMT, please use the form below. If you withdraw on or before April 26, we will send you a refund, less $25 (and $17 if we sent you maps).

By using this form, you will help us keep track of removing you from the entrants list and sending you a refund.
